Wiring Harness Technician (Line Support)

Location: Debrecen, Hungary

Salary: €11.05 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Wiring Harness Technician (Line Support) to join a dynamic automotive production environment in Debrecen. This is a hands-on role supporting production quality, rework activities, and continuous improvement on the line.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspections and rework activities in line with customer specifications
• Identify and manage non-conforming (NOK) wiring harness components
• Use appropriate tools and materials to carry out precise rework tasks
• Monitor material stock, maintain tools, and support ordering processes
• Follow production documentation, work instructions, and line support standards
• Conduct proactive quality checks and report deviations
• Support root cause analysis and assign errors accordingly
• Ensure accurate documentation of all activities

Communication & Collaboration

• Work closely with production teams, quality departments, and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with customer representatives on-site where required
• Collaborate with quality engineers and support teams to maintain standards

Requirements

• Experience in wiring harness, automotive, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with rework tools and quality inspection processes
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
